One of our most notable innovations is our front and back plates – a unique,
advanced tight bolt penetration system. When the plates and gasket are pressed together, a vacuum forms within the seal.
The bolt penetration is used for membranes and PE foam to protect the cast parts in the tunnel from groundwater.
This solution offers a strong and reliable installation,
designed for demanding environments where safety and durability are critical.
The front and back plates are made of Duplex EN1.4462, acid-resistant EN1.4404, Magnelis ZM310, Pc-Coat EN ISO 1461, 13438, and plastic POM ISO 29988, all meeting the highest quality standards.
The components of the tight bolt penetration system include a threaded rod/cam rod (partially threaded), nut, cap, rubber seal,
back plate, gasket, front plate, washer, two nuts, spray cross, and, finally, another nut.
The spray cross connects the threaded rod/cam rod with the reinforcement mesh and is secured with two nuts for a stable installation.
This product has been designed with precision to ensure optimal sealing and safety in applications where durability is essential.
